Copiapo River Valley:
Kip and Iva Kimbrough

Kip and Iva Kimbrough are heading up a four-year evangelism project in the Copiapo River Valley called, Copiapo for Christ. The slogan for the project is "Streams of Living Water in the Desert." They will be using volunteer teams from the States as well as church planting teams in Copiapo to reach this valley for Christ.

They write, "We are excited to see new missions being started and missions that have been in existence for a long time, making moves to become actual churches. We currently have three volunteer mission teams scheduled to come to Copiapo in 2009 and are looking forward to what God has in store."

Kip is working in Estacion Paipote, a suburb of Copiapo, to start a new work there. He is teaching English in one of the schools and baseball. One of the churches in Copiapo is getting ready to start a Bible study there and the associational youth group is also wanting to help. God is so good!
