Blessings to everyone from Northern Chile,

Yesterday I had a great day.  I drove into the valley with a friend from church.  Her name is Carman.  We visited the church in Paihueno.  I taught Bible studies there for years when they were a little mission.  Praise the Lord they have grown.  They baptized twelve new members yesterday.  Then we had a service with the Lord’s Supper.  It was a joyful event.  Our Lord is wonderful. 

Every Monday I serve with an evangelism team in a fishing village called Guanaqueros.  There are thirty four men and women who have accepted Christ as their Savior since we started working.  Several are studying the Bible in their homes with us.  Today a young father named Flavio accepted Jesus as his Lord.  I know there is rejoicing in heaven.  Pray for Flavio.

One of our team members, Luis Rodriquez, is suffering from two hernias.  He can hardly walk.  He is in the process of having medical tests before he has surgery.  Please pray for this dedicated member of our team.  Pray that the Lord will guide the doctor as he repairs the hernias.       

Pray with us that the temple will soon be completed in San Pedro and turned over to the local members. Construction on the new temple continues very slowly.  Three members at the church are working one day a week.  They do not have the money to pay workers. 

Pray for “Women on Mission” at my church as we continue working in evangelism.  We also support national missionaries through special offerings.
